FAQ

When will my order ship?

Ink Road doesn't have a set shipping schedule.

Why? Because this isn't a giant warehouse with forklifts, conveyor belts, and someone named Steve whose entire job is taping boxes shut. It's a tiny business run by one human with an unhealthy amount of caffeine and a very patient post office.

Every order is packed by hand, and shipping times depend on things like release size, order volume, and occasionally life deciding to be... extra.

I promise I'm packing as quickly (and accurately) as humanly possible.

Sometimes, I print shipping labels ahead of time, so it might take a day or two to start moving within the system. :)

Order Issue?

Please email me within 2 weeks of receiving your order. As I do not keep stock on hand, I will only be able to fix any issues within a small window. Thank you for understanding! 📧: inkroad (((at))) aol (((dot))) com

Why is everything sold out?!

Because I'd like to keep both my creativity and my sanity.

Ink Road is built around limited drops instead of endless inventory. Making smaller batches means I get to keep creating new collections instead of spending my days trying to manage a warehouse the size of Costco.

Some products come back. Some retire forever. Some disappear for a while and then make a comeback.

If you love something, grab it. I've been in business for 10 years, so the catalog is huge. It might be years before it makes another appearance, perhaps it never does.

When is your next drop?

Ah, the million-dollar question.

The only guaranteed way to know when new products are launching is to join my email newsletter.

That's where I announce new releases, restocks, sneak peeks, and occasionally share behind-the-scenes chaos before anyone else hears about it.

And no... I won't email you every six minutes trying to sell you a mattress or convince you to buy crypto.

No spam. Pinky promise.

Will you restock __________?

Maybe!

Some products become customer favorites and get restocked. Others are one-time releases that ride off into the crafty sunset.

If I do bring something back, newsletter subscribers are always the first to know.

Can you combine my orders?

Unfortunately, I can't.

Once orders start moving through the packing process, combining them creates approximately 47 opportunities for me to accidentally ship someone a used tape runner instead of their stamps.

(Okay, not literally... but you get the idea.)

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you catch me quickly, I'll absolutely try.

But because I start packing orders as soon as possible, I can't guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been been placed.

My package says "Delivered," but it's nowhere to be found.

Before we panic...

Check your porch, mailbox, side door, garage, with neighbors, or wherever your mail carrier likes to hide packages for fun.

Sometimes packages are marked delivered a day or two before they actually show up.

If it's still missing after a couple of days, contact the shipping carrier first. If you're still having trouble, send me an email and we'll figure it out together.

Do you ship internationally?

Yep!

Just remember that customs fees, VAT, import taxes, or other country-specific fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

I'd love to control international customs... but they won't return my calls.

Why don't you keep everything in stock?

Honestly? Because that's not the kind of business I want to build.

I'd rather spend my time dreaming up ridiculous stamp ideas, imagining tiny weirdos for my illustrator to draw, and creating collections that make you laugh than managing mountains of inventory.

Limited drops keep Ink Road fun, sustainable, and full of new ideas—which is better for everyone, especially Future Me.

Do you sell wholesale?

If you're interested in catching the drops as they happen, I'm open to it so shoot me an email.

Who designs everything?

Me! (And my illustrator, because I can't draw. But I'm taking classes!)

Every stamp, die, paper collection, sticker, and questionable idea starts in my little brain.

Ink Road has always been about creating products that are equal parts cute, sarcastic, clever, and just slightly unhinged.

So whether you're making a scrapbook, a card, or just buying stamps because they made you snort-laugh...

Thank you.

Your support lets me keep making weird little things for weird little people, and I wouldn't trade this community for anything.
