Just Another Manic Monday card

Hey Hey Roadies!
It's Celia from Paper Beats Rock Designs, here to share a quick card tutorial using the Mondays stamp set.
First I cut down a 8½ x 11 and made an A2 card and a front panel to 4 x 5¼, and pulled out Inked Girl Phyllis *(Retired).
I grabbed two different green inks from my stash and stamped them diagonally across the panel. I kept going back and forth between the colors to fill in the whole paper. Then I took the light green ink and inked the edges with a make-up sponge. Next I took the darker ink and inked the edge directly.
After that, I colored up Phyllis with my alcohol markers, stamped my front sentiment on some vellum, and another on my inside panel. I grabbed the green inks and went around the edges the same way I did the front panel.
Now it's time to assemble the card! I popped Phyllis up on foam tape after adding some details with a white gel pen. Next, I wrapped the vellum sentiment around the front panel and glued it to the front of the card.
I glued the second panel inside the card and embellished the outside of the card with black stars and sparkly enamel dots. I love the way these two stamps sets work together and if you like 'em too, head over to the Ink Road Shop and use the code Celia10 for 10% off your order!
