Aloe You Vera Much Pocket Card with Fancy Sentiments

Aloe You Vera Much Pocket Card with Fancy Sentiments

Hello Roadies!

Nolana here with a tutorial on how I made this scrapbook page using Fancy Sentiments, as well as Not a Hugger and Home Office Builder.

I started with a 6.875 x 8.25 inch piece of white cardstock and sprayed three distress oxide sprays onto a piece of wax paper. I pressed the cardstock onto the wet ink to create my backdrop.

Then once dry, I added the stamp "You are Loved" repeatedly on the cardstock in a range of complementary colours.

Following this, I created a 4 inch x 3 inch pocket for my journaling using white cardstock and stamped the aloe Vera succulent from Not a Hugger on to it along with a smaller aloe version from Home Office Builder.

I then created my journaling in Canva at 4 x 6 inches, printed it out and cut it down to size.

I decided to make a pocket envelope for my journaling using extra scrap pieces of the background that I made.

I cut out an aloe vera plant from another piece of scrap background and I drew an aloe vera plant and added it to the pocket with foam dots. To complete the look I added nuvo dots and Metallic dots.
